In your question here you don't have mentioned the name of the examination and the total score of it. So everything may be said on the  basis of  assumption that either you have attempt Neet ug exam or you have attend GATE exam. If you attempt Neet ug exam then the total marks is 720. You have got 506.6marks in Neet exam so approximately your percentile would be 70.98 percentile approx.

But if you have attempt GATE exam day near person tell would be 50 th percentile according to your mark obtained in GATE exam.

So  there is a great chance for you to get Government Medical College if you belongs to the general category or if you belong to SC ST category you get the most top government medical colleges like AIIMS.

In case of GATE exam as you have got 50th percentage there is less chance for to get government institute for MTech or MSc. In top private colleges you may get chance of admission for MTech or MSc courses.
