Previous year cut offs show that the govt colleges that you can get are

• Patliputra Medical College whose cut off was 532.
• Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College and Hospital whose cut off was 539.
• MGM Jamshedpur whose cut off ranges from 518-521.

So, these cut offs show that there are pretty high chances of you getting the govt college.
