Your rank under ST category will be good to secure seats in NITs.You can secure seats in home state NIT with chemical stream.You may also get NIT Bhopal or Jaipur under ST category.Also you will be elligible for JEE Advance.For sureity wait till NTA announce cuttoff score for each category.

But if you are talking about your percentile then at this percentile and with ST category your definitely eligible to give Jee advance paper.

But at this percentile, your rank is not enough to get you into any of the NITs not even on your home state in your home state ones.

At this percentile, your exected general rank is about 2 lakh 18 thousand.
