Swapnil Maharana First of all basically I'm also belongs to barhampur and engineering is highly scope for job prospects but now days every IT and ITS companies are mostly focous on 12 marks so it will difficult to get job in information technology but if you have good knowledge in computer science like programming,data structure , algorithm and computer architect or you have intrested in this part then you can join NISTand they are good for teaching and you also gain lots of things from their but you facing problem at the time of placement due to your 10th and 12th marks .

But after complete your btech you can try any of industry as per your interest.

So as my per suggest you must go through only engineering because jobs scopes is very high only in this course
