Hi Istikhar,

As per the previous year cut off for IITs for Civil Engineering, the lowest cut off was 358 for general category. There are some chances for IITs for your score. You can check the details of cut off on the link https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff-for-ce.
