Hello Ankur,
In 2018, with a score of 107, people got around 10k rank which was different from rank vs marks in 2017. Considering that you are getting 10k rank this year, according to previous year rank cutoffs of various colleges, you may get Electronics and Communication engineering in Bangalore Institute of Technology(BIT), Nitte Meenakshi Institute of technology(NMIT), SMVIT. These colleges are among the topmost colleges of Bangalore.
