Unfortunately the information wrt 1003rd rank being the closing cut off is incorrect. If you are in the top 200-250 ranks in the State you'll mostly get in. Your rank along with your marks matters! Hope this helps ! All the very best ! :)

Hello,

Cut off for any college depends on the number of seats available in a college, difficulty level of the question paper, and the performance of other candidates so they change every year. According to the previous year cut off opening rank for the college was 1 and closing rank was 1003 for general category.
