It seems like you are not eligible for counseling. Eligibility criteria for neet counseling is that a candidate must score aggregate of 50% of general or 40% if OBC/SC/ST in PCB/biotechnology in class 12th. You percentage is 39.33% after rounding off it will be 39.3% only so no NTA will not consider it as 40%.
