With declaration of neet 2020 results, the qualifying cut-offs have been announced as well which are as follows as per respective categories;

• General/EWS: 720-147
• OBC: 146-113
• SC: 146-113
• ST: 146-113
• General/EWS-PWD: 146-129

Now, belonging to General category, and securing 130 marks means you haven't qualified neet, and hence any course which takes admission based on neet scores, you aren't eligible to apply for the same.
