See first of all you need to specify from which state you belong. Rather than that talking about NITs your rank is bit higher to get you into top NITs. In that case i am listing below some NITs below you can go with
1) NIT Hamirpur
2) NIT Patna
3) NIT Silchar
4) NIT Meghalaya
5) NIT Mizoram
6) NIT Arunachal Pradesh
7) NIT Agartala
So these are the some NIT's you can check out but you should have home state quota for getting into these NIT'S if you don't common home state NIT among the above mentioned NIT's then you will not get any NIT's. And kindly specify your state to get information for government engineering College in your state. Hope it will help you.
