In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.
According to legal notice no medical seat can be filled with out qualifying neet, for this year minimum score 138, below this score can't get admission in any medical pathy or collage.
Dear you should try once more time with full energy to obtain good rank next year. Don't loose hope.

See as per your Marks-136 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark.

There is very less probability of getting a seat.
