The rank you have got in IPU CET can be considered as an average rank.But you can still get good to average colleges with this rank but you must participate in the online counselling by IPU for that. It is advisable to freeze the college you get in the first round of counselling but also wait for the 2nd or 3rd round as the chances of getting a better college increases.
