With these marks there are less chances of getting admission into any government college as for that you should aim for a score greater than 450 moreover if you're outside Delhi student the cutoff for you is too high as compared to local students but don't be dishearten you could easily get admission into some good deemed medical universities.

As per NEET 2018 results, getting a Government Medical College is not possible with this rank. You can try in some Private Medical College or any Deemed University under state quota.
