you qualify the minimum admission criteria of any government MBBS college in terms of your 10+2 aggregate ie 88.6 percentile is enough to compete for medical colleges but your present NEET score is too low to get admission in any government MBBS medical college hence you need to work harder and score more in NEET to gain admission in any government medical college.
