I myself have a friend studying in Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology(Manipal Sikkim Campus). Her score was less than you or near about your marks. So if she can get into Sikkim Campus, you can easily get into Jaipur Campus as it comes third after Sikkim in the Manipal University Ranking.
