To get into government college with your score that is 244 would be difficult. I would suggest you to keep a back up options of good private colleges as well. Some of the good colleges you can target is Galgotia University, Amity Business school also. If not then I would suggest you to apply for the exam again with better preparation to get into good government college. Also. apart from UPSEE you can apply for some better management entrance exams also like CAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT/ATMA/IBSAT/ATMA/MAHCET to target the best government college for mba like FMS Delhi, JBIMS, Mumbai.
