According to previous years cutoff , you would most probably get civil , chemical , mechanical in Hyderabad Campus and Goa Campus and integrated Msc  in Biology , Chemistry and other subjects like maths , physics and economics at Hyderabad or goa .

You can also Get manufacturing and civil at Pilani Campus and also integrated Msc courses in chemistry and biology .

Hello, from last year cutoff for BITSAT in Bits Pilani at around 270 marks chances was possible in btech civil, manufacturing engineering.
So, at this score you can't expect a good branch like Cs/ It but wait for others round of counseling.

And don't be depressed about first round of counseling.
