Hii !!
The mininum cutoff for any state quota or All India Quota is 400. You need to score above 400 to take admission in any government colleges. However you can try for private medical colleges that too through management quota or payment seat. It is advisiable to drop out a year and prepare hard for next year neet if your passion is medicine or else please go into any other streams available.
Don't lose hope !!
