But i am sc category,and my 12th cut off is 75 percentage. Can i get any engg college?

Your percentile score is too low.With this percentile is will be not easy to get any engineering college with jee mains seat allocation program.Cuttoff percentile are going to expect around 85.You are far away from this.
You still have one attempt for jee mains 2019.Do well.
