You haven't mentioned your Category and also the state of your Domicile. But in any case if you are a general category student or OBC category candidate. Your don't  have chances to get admission in any government medical college. As these are very less marks . I hope this was helpful

If you scored 319 marks in neet then I am extremely sorry but you must have not gotten a seat in government medical college.  But you don't need to lose your heart and self confidence and if becoming a doctor is all that you want then you should five one shot,  take a drop and start preparing for neet 2020  from today itself,  and I am sure that if you remain focused and dedicated then you would clear neet 2020 with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor by getting a seat in government medical college.
