Unfortunately, you don't have a chance to get govt or private college as i checked the cutoffs of various colleges in Karnataka and the minimum marks to get admission in the govt or private college is 429 marks. You have scored less than this. So, MBBS You cannot get.

but you can surely get Dental courses.
