Dear Satyendra, CAT is one of the entrance examimations for admission to MBA. The basic eligibility criteria for CAT is that you should complete your Bachelor's degree with a minimum aggrrgate of 50%. It is 50% for General Category and 45% for Reserved Categories. So at 34% you unfortunately do not qualify for CAT. Most entrance examinatioms have the same aggregate criteria. Apart from these, there might be colleges which conduct direct admissions. You may have to try there.
