I hope you are doing well I am very sorry to tell you that it is  not possible to get admission anywhere with this less marks in government medical college. Even with category rank you cannot get government seat while you can try for the private medical colleges under management quota. To get MBBS in government  college you need to have atleast 500+ marks with category only then you can be sure to get a seat .
