I have scored 39% in PCM in class 12. Already cleared entrance exam in one of the private colleges in India. Do CBSE has any rule.

If you have cleared entrance exam of any private college , you can take admission there . CBSE rules can not make any interruption in your admission. Or , if your question is incomplete ,please complete it so that we can help you at our best.
