Your obtained rank in the JEE mains entrance exam are descent but not up to the zone through which you can get into the CSE department of any of the  NIT premises because in almost maximum of the NITs , the closing rank of the CSE will be till 25-30k but yaah you can expect the Civil in the NIT of North Eastern states.
