Dear Veda,
I don't know from which category you belong to but assuming that you belong to OM category and has domicile for Jammu and Kashmir then according to previous year's cut off you have a tough chance to get a government medical College in J-K, though keep in mind that each year the cut off keeps on changing and your score is very close to the cut off hence there is a potential risk.
For sc and St category, the cut off is way below 370 so if you belong to either of the category then you may get a govt medical College
For OM the cut off for the following colleges were:
Govt medical College, Srinagar: 456
Government medical college, Jammu: 442
Sher e kashmir , Soura, srinagar: 440
Govt dental college, Srinagar: 427
Govt dental college, Jammu: 435

I hope this answer solved your query.
