I assume you are talking about madras medical college, Tamil nadu. 

Well according to last year's cutoff yes you can get into MMC. The minimum score last year for MMC was 440 for MBC category. So you may have chances.

But the competition is stiff this year so nothing can be said exactly. 

I suggest apply for the counseling process and wait.
