Hello,

In states like Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and others, where cutoffs for government and private colleges under government quota can occasionally 400+ , you have a good chance under your State Quota even though your score may put you slightly below the cutoff for prestigious government colleges under the AIQ if you fall into the general category.

Your chances of getting into an MBBS program at a reputable government institution in the early rounds itself are considerably increased if you belong to a reserved category.

Try:

  • Semi-government/private colleges
  • BDS
  • Deemed universities
