Going with the last year's allotment list, you have a fair chance of getting a seat in PGIMS ROHTAK. Last year, a candidate who obtained 460 marks in NEET 2018, got PGIMS Rohtak under SC category in the 1st counseling.

If you are resident of haryana state then your chances of getting a seat increases.

However as cutoffs very every year owing to various other factors, the cutoff this year can go high as compared to last year.
