You are saying your score is 470 out of 720,this is not a bad score at all, congrats for that. If you do not mention any category which you are belongs to.

Anyways these year some exams like AIIMS etc are cancelled due to corona virus because of these there is lot of competition is there. The cancelled exams also giving seats through NEET score only. So, if you are belongs to general category means it is very difficult time get place.
