According to previous years analysis (which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of candidates from general category as you have not mentioned any specific category i am assuming it to be general, level of difficulty of neet etc etc, also since rank fallout pattern is entirely different this year nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity,last year cut off rank for general category from UP state quota was 24680 against 492 marks for U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah , and also this years rank vs marks fallout is quite high so you might /might not have a chance depending upon this years merit fallout since you are almost on borderline of getting not getting a college.
