As per the expected cutoff this year, the lowest cutoff is supposed to be 64 in VSB Engineering College, affiliated to Anna University, for the general category candidate. So, considering you are from the general category, you seem to have slim chances of getting a seat in any college under TANCET.  However, don't lose hope, wait for the cutoffs but keep a lookout for other institutes as well to keep your options open
