You can calculate your expected rank using the formula (100-your total percentile)*the total number of candidates who appeared in JEE main in your respective session/100. Also, you can make use of the college predictor tool.
With such rank, it is difficult to get a seat in any IITs.You may not qualify for JEE main. So you can either try for allotment in govt colleges using state-wise entrance exams or JEE mains. Or else you can prepare for your next JEE Mains session.

Your JEE mains rank would be more than 3 lakh if you got that percentile. You won't be able to get into any government engineering colleges if you have this rating. You will not be able to receive a seat, even if you have a category reservation.
I recommend that you apply to some of India's best private engineering institutes. These private engineering colleges hold their own entrance tests, which are quite simple. You could even be able to obtain them a scholarship.
