It varies year to year .
In 2017, cutoff was 590.
In 2018,it was 577.
So,you can image the heights you need to achieve and obviously your target must be much much higher than it ^_^
Rest everything depends on you.
I think a score of 595 minimum require for getting PGIMS in 2019. In 2018, cut off for general stops at 577 but it was because of late counselling. Students took others colleges through AI quota and cut off dropped down.
