Your admission depends on cut offs of colleges.
Here are some bcom colleges in mumbai:
.st.xavier college
.jai hind college
.lala lajpat rai college of commerce and economics.
.elphinstone college
.mulund college of commerce
.University of mumbai
.wilson college
.L.s raheja college of arts and commerce.

but did these colleges accept 63% cut off ? if no then please can u suggest any college u know any college with b.com cource i dont need college which have only higher ratings .

It all depends on cut off frst cut off is usually very high so you have to wait for 3-4 cut offs.If you don't get admission in regular college you can go for distance learning.
