According to the category and percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be around 41,001 – 47,000 in MHT CET and in JEE-Main it is expected in the range of 246089 - 175204, so on such rank you cannot get CSE or IT in top colleges whether with MHT CET or JEE-Main score as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some colleges with CS/IT branch through JEE-Main score :-
