I have scored 69 in Clat 2019 and I belong to the Schedule caste category of Bihar. Will I get a seat in Cnlu in that category???

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 11100-12400. If you fall in SC category then I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into CNLU Patna even with the state domicile. But you can definitely look out for other colleges you can get with your rank like Nirma University, Ideal Institute of Management and Technology, Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology, KIIT Bhubaneswar

My mistake, if you fall in SC category then you definitely have a good chance.
