You don't satisfy the basic criteria so you can't get any college through JEE mains.

You might get government colleges through different competitions, keep a track of that. (not national institutes of technologies)

Your jee main category rank is too high to get you a seat in any government engineering colleges. Your category rank won't help you. Also your boards marks are quite low.

So I would suggest you to go for private engineering colleges like Sharda, Manipal, SRM etc.
