Yes sure you can give both exam , since if planning for nit or iit then your board percentage should be atleast 75 %.this is one criteria that you should know .

And what is criteria for the exam,how much percentage is required for appearing the exam??

There is no percentages required to give exam,since exam is done before results comes .so there is such rule for exam .

You know you fill jee mains exam form before your your board exam and simce you don't have given ,so how you will know percentage.
