Sorry to state this, but with 86 percentile in JEE MAIN you won't get to sit in NIT or IIT.
If you are a dropper then try to get atleast 97 percentile in JEE ADVANCED . If you aren't, better you drop this year and prepare well for next year.
And if you're looking for private colleges it's no hard job to find one as the criteria is not much as the IITs and NITs. But you have to pay a huge amount for fees.
