Hello Ayan
Your rank is bit high in CEE exam so with this rank it is quiet tough for you to get any government colleges under CEE. But you can get private colleges. And if you have secured good marks and securely clear the cut off of JEE mains then you can get an NIT and you are a residence of Assam so you can get Silchar NIT with home state quota. Kindly specify if you have clear the JEE mains cut off or not. Hope it helped you.
