Considering the overall expected rank your rank based on PWD is expected to be in around 4000. Admission in to IITs is based on merit in JEE Advanced. Candidates qualifying in JEE Main are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. The previous year qualifying cut off percentile for PWD category was 0.0618524 and for JEE Main 2021 the expected cut off percentile for PWD will be in between 1-2 percentile. So you have decent chances to appear for JEE Advanced. SO you can prepare for JEE advanced. To get seat in top IITs you need to score minimum 20-30% of total score.
