Indeed my friend, the clat committee offers reservation to person with disability candidates. Advantage is that majority of NLUs have disabled quota ranging from     2-5 %. Cutoff of such quota is lesser than the cutoff of general candidates thus, there is chances. 

Don't let your spirits down because of disability, proceed with determination and hardwork and you will succeed.

Your score along with reservation you have is sufficient to get admission for graduation in law.

I think you should go for counselling most probably you will get a good college there.
