You need to score more than 89-92% to get a good seat in branches such as CSE, E&C and many others. Also greater than 85% can getch you colleges. Since you have scored around 80 percentile it is difficult to get govt. Colleges. You can try writing state entrance exams such as cet, comedk or others to get admission in college. Else you can try writing entrance test  for respective colleges to get admission in their respective colleges.

As you do not have very high score in JEE mains paper, you might not be able to get admission into government colleges through JEE score. 

But there is still hope for you as you want to go to government colleges then try applying for Technical Universities which are autonomous institutes and have some government colleges seats allocated for the admissions. 

Like if we talk about Rajasthan then RTU kota, Bikaner, CTAE udaipur, MBM Jodhpur are some very prestigious government colleges with some seats reserved for the candidates applying through Reap.

So try going to such institutes. Best of luck!!
