Your expected ranks shouldbe wihin range of 35000 to 37000.

Since cutoff at MIT WPu for Petroleum engineering closes by 22000 ranks, yiur chances are extremely low.

Hence we suggest you to go for following colleges :

GS Mandal Maharashtra Institute of Technology for Polymer engineering
Sant gadge baba amravati University for OilPiants Technology engineering
