I have scored 84.5%in isc board exam without coaching. So I should take jee coaching this year to get nit.

Yes. You do need a coaching centre for the purpose of clearance of the JEE exam. According to the score you obtained, you definitely stand a fair chance of getting a good rank, provided that you work hard, and choose the right way. The coaching will show you the right way. Self study, in my earnest opinion, is pointless here. Coaching can train you really well, if you are aspiring for NITs.
