you really scored nice percent in your exam you will get govt. college by your home state quota but i would suggest you to try to score more percentile to secure govt. college.

coming to your next question how to score more marks in sept.  as only few days are left for jee do not start any new topic and try to give  as many test series you can give and also analyise it .

your board score and jee mains percentile is good. On the part of college option, YOu can get top University or government engineering college. if you have reservation category then you can also apply for NIT campus.

Tips for preparation:-

There is one week approximately left out for preparation. so don't try out for any new concept. just practice question sets and previous year papers. try out mock test 2 times and day and correct your wrong ways to solve a problem.
