I have scored 9.4 GPA in intermediate And jee mains 90 % Which best college should I get

Hii .
Your percentile is bit less and your rank will be around 100k.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have tough chance to get any medium ranked NITs.Even if you get it in later rounds you might end up getting lower branches.
You can get some seats of higher branches in the lower ranked NITs and IIITs in the later rounds.
NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Andhra, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Goa, NITs from North-east,etc.
And some IIITs such as IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Pune, IIIT kancheepuram,etc.
