Considering your rank in entrance exam is 274 and that your boards exam score is 94.4% you seem to have a good chances for admission in UILS, Chandigarh.
There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
And with your rank and marks in boards your chances seem good. Wait for the final ranks after combined scores for better estimate.

You have a decent score in your class 12th examination and a good rank in the entrance test,and  according to the previous year trends i.e. 2018,the cutoff for various colleges were as under:

• ULIS Chandigarh:
• General-15/100
• SC/ST/OBC-11.25/100

There are a total of 360 seats that will be offered via PU BA LLB eEntrance Test,but the seats offered in in these 3 colleges are as:

• ULIS-BA.LLB- 120
• UIL,Ludhiana-60
• UILS,Swami Sarvanand Giri,PU,Regional Centre,Hoshiarpur-60

The cut off will be nearly same as that of the previous year,but the cutoff depends on the following factors:

• No of candidates who apppeared in PU BA LLB 2019
• Number of seats available
• Number of qualifying candidates
• Cutoff of the previous year
• So according to the previous year cutoff,it is not easy to tell whether you will get a seat in ULIS chandigarh,but let the 2019 cutoff be released and then you can make your final deciosion,if not then don't worry there are many differnt colleges where you can apply for BA-LLB.
