i have scored 94.9709865 percentile in jan jee main 2020 for b.arch paper..will this pecentile be enough to get into nit trichy? if not, how much more percentile must i work for? i belong to general category

Hello!!
To calculate your JEE main paper 2 rank,you can use the formula (100-percentile scored)*1384.10
So your rank is approximately 6960.The previous year closing rank for Home state and other state quota for NIT trichy for open category 2468 and 1075 respectively. So it will difficult to get an admission.But the official admission cutoff is not out as of now.Lets hope for the best and prepare well for your April session exam.

But out of 138410 candidates, only 112869 students attended the exam..how can rank be calculated including the absent people?

Ayishwarya K oh fine....then the formula should be altered with the digit 1128.69.....now your rank will be approximately 5676.
